A Cry For Help

UGH. I’ve always felt Dr. Phil was a bit of a blow-hard, & this supports my opinion (no, I didn’t look into the video/episode; Carla is much more thorough when it comes to basing opinions on research & not following blindly something read on the Internet 😉 ).

I always try and make an informed opinion (and I never try to form an opinion until I’ve made sure I understand the topic) and doing so requires that I look at a lot of different information. Sometimes it’s information that I’m unaware of, not as familiar with, or stuff I know I’m probably going to hate, but I look at it anyway, because I don’t think an opinion should be formed until one has researched both sides.

    • Totally agree. It’s easier to ignore when you don’t think about it too much. Also, I’m sure a lot of people see the guests as simply entertainment, not people in need of help, y’know?
